These Garlic-Herb Salmon Sliders are a delightful twist on traditional sliders, featuring succulent salmon patties infused with garlic and fresh herbs. Perfect for a barbecue or a quick and tasty meal!
Ingredients: 1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skinless. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped. 1 tsp dried dill. 1/2 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Slider buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Mayonnaise for spreading.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Put the salmon cubes in a bowl. Breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, dried dill, onion powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a different bowl. Mix the breadcrumb mixture into the salmon cubes slowly until everything is well combined. Make small patties out of the mixture, making sure they are the right size for the slider buns. They should be cooked all the way through and have a nice char after 3 to 4 minutes on each side. For one minute, or until golden brown, toast the slider buns on the grill. On the bottom half of each bun, spread mayonnaise. Stack a salmon patty on top of each bun. Add tomato slices and lettuce if you want. Put the other half of the bun on top. Enjoy the salmon sliders with garlic and herbs right away!
