In a very unannounced, and frankly confusing, attack on the warehouse district of Sloabridge, the Horrible Horrible Orc has disrupted the local power grid and damaged the surrounding ground enough to leave the entire district without power for up to a week while the city enacts repairs. Sources say the attack may have been on a hidden underground lab built around a major power line and may have involved more than four times the needed C4 to destroy said lab.

Here's hoping he isn't hiding out there from the police.
