Ingredience:
Na 2 porce
1 menší lilek
hrst cherry rajčat
hrst zelených oliv
1 stroužek česneku
2 lžíce olivového oleje
1 lžíce červeného vinného octa
1 šalotka
1 lžíce kaparů
2 proužky nakrájené chilli papričky
čerstvá petrželka
pepř
Postup:
Lilek nakrájejte na kostky a nechte ho asi 10 minut vykapat. Poté ho na rozpálené pánvi orestujte na oleji dozlazova - cca 5 minut. Poté přidejte na klínky nakrájenou šalotku a počkejte, než zesklovatí, a pak přidejte i časnek, vinný ocet, rajčata, olivy, kapary a chilli papričku. Podle chuti opepřete (a případně i osolte, ale myslím si, že to není nutné). Takto ještě chvíli restujte, dokud lilek nezměkne. Posypte nasekanou petrželkou a podávejte třeba s pečivem. Dobrou chuť!
