I’d like to think that “Airry Pearry’s” broken knowledge of the Material/Mortal Plane has a lot to do with what we know as “canon” for The Green Hunter.

How are the fey supposed to know that a medical procedural would differ from a police procedural? If a cop can be put back on desk duty, why can’t a once prominent doctor go back to his roots as an ambulance driver...who also keeps his bow in the seat next to him as he’s delivering a patient to the hospital?

Why wouldn’t a mortally wounded patient be quippy while the ambulance is in some state of sentience? Wounds are temporary for them. At most they’ve been played off as an inconvenience and at best they’ve been an efficient tool to woo someone. Objects that we mortals consider inanimate move around all of the time...whether granted limited mobility/sentience or moved by magical force.
