#gravity winx

Thanks to the awesome @catarium, I’ve finally got some commissions for season 2 of Gravity Winx, featuring Mabel and Pacifica for now (Dipper and Wendy are coming later)

Mabel’s now armed with her Charmix item and her pixie partner is Cherie, the pixie of weather (Musa’s retconned pixie from season 6). Not only does Mabel get a boost in power, but she also gains access to weather magic as well (something Stormy is angry about because she thinks Mabel is stepping on her magical turf)

And Pacifica gets her own Gloomix item: a belt. This also boosts her powers like her sisters items, but they did not originate from Darkar since the Trix are good people. Instead, the Gloomix were gifted by Headwitchstress Griffin as a mean to help defend the schools from Darkar, the Anti-Winx Club, and all other threats from stealing the Codex fragments.

This is witch Passifica from his crossover of Winx and Gravity Falls, where Passifica helps the Trix and joins them as their new sister! Theres also a fanfiction for this AU, check out if you're interested 👀👀

Within the worlds such a Magix, lives the humble Pixies. Usually hidden away in pixie villages such as Minitopia (where the codex fragment of heart is located), pixies are a pacifist species that sees hope, teamwork, and honesty. Pixies here, like faires, have their own magical element to explore and to contribute to their community.

What sets these pixies apart from other creatures, are the fact they can bond with magical beings, mostly towards fairies, thus forming a symbiotic relationship nothing can break. Not even the shadow phoenix or the great dragon can do this.

Examples of pixie bonds include:

Flora Hanover: Chatta, the pixie of chatter

Musa Bridgette Cheng: Tune, the pixie of manners

Mason ‘Dipper’ Pines: Caramel, the pixie of super strength

Mabel Pines: Cherie, the pixie of weather

Wendy Corduroy: Goopy, the pixie of slime (OC)

Star Butterfly: Tactica, the pixie of planning (OC)

Headmistress Faragonda: Concorda, the pixie of order

Headwitchstress Griffin: Discorda, the pixie of disorder

Headmaster Saladin: Mars, the pixie of battle

Despite all these pixies boosting their partner’s powers and unlocking new ones, have their own limits. In order to maximize your new powers, the pixies must be taken care of as if they were equals. Fed well, taken care of, hanging out with them. Anything that shows that pixies aren’t just magical batteries, but friends with feelings and dreams.

(Future for the story: Star’s pixie partner makes Star focus too much on other things that it’s affecting her ability to lead the Protectors. So she assigns a new leader while Star does some growing of her own. I won’t say who’s the new leader, I’m saving that as a surprise)
