This is going to be long, I'm sorry! I got the go ahead for T by Dr James Barret(t?) at CX on January 13th 2016. My GP have been refusing to do it for me. They've given me 5 different reasons for it 1) At 19 I was "too young" to do that and should store my eggs. 2) I refused to store my eggs as mine don't work (PCOS and had a miscarriage before), they refused to listen to CX because I NEEDED to store my eggs. 3) GP's apparently don't administer any kind of shots --
(between 3 and 4; on April 29th, they prescribed me Sustanon 250 like the GIC told them to) they then denied ever prescribing it to me. 4) GIC do the injections, even though in the multiple letters from the GIC to my GP it says the GP does the injections and testing afterwards. 5) Most stupid one. I donât âdress masculineâ (I dress in massive goth boots, jeans and normally a band/game tee) and that Sustanon is âan illegal substanceâ. So with all their refusals and discrimination Iâm still not on T, even though Iâve had the vial since April. After all that my question is: I have my third CX appointment on September 1st; where I heard most people get their first top surgery signature. But Iâm not even on T and they apparently only do signatures at 6 months on T (which I shouldâve been), so whatâs going to happen at my appointment? I wonât be on T by then and Iâm just worried the appointment will be depressing and nothing come of it. Could I still get my first signature.
Sorry to hear youâve had this experience! For what itâs worth, though Iâm sure you already suspect this, none of the objections theyâve given you are reasonable. Unless thereâs any reason why you canât, I think it would probably be easier for you to cut your losses at this stage and find a new GP surgery, as it sounds like youâre fighting a bit of a losing battle with them, and this track record suggests thereâs no guarantee that they wonât continue to be difficult, even if they do eventually budge on the prescription front.
To address your question: yes, itâs possible you will get your first signature (though be aware that sometimes they wonât verbally confirm this in the appointment, as they might wait to confer with one of the other clinicians youâve seen). I know of someone who faced similar delays starting testosterone due to GP issues, and was actually referred by Charing Cross and ended up having surgery at four months on testosterone. The âsix month ruleâ is not absolutely rigid and they do still use their clinical judgement, because there are things besides amount of time on testosterone that indicate readiness for a surgery referral. Your best bet is to discuss all that youâve been experiencing when youâre next at the GIC, as they may be able to help you reason with your GP (if you havenât got a more supportive GP by then) as well as talk to you about what your next steps are.

Called my doctor and they said to make an appointment tomorrow asap to talk about maybe a picc line or a feeding tube to my intestines.
i just want a nice pair of mustard yellow jeans that arenât skintight and actually have pockets, is that too much to ask?Â
Anyone have any good clothing store suggestions with a good minimalist androgynous vibe?
my stomach is such an asshole. ate food three hours ago... threw it up exactly like I ate it. ugh.

i'm really hungry. i don't have anything in my house i can really "safely" eat. and if i'm going to eat something i risk throwing up, i want something really good. so i need to go out and get something. but if i'm going out, i should go out and get something i'm LESS likely to throw up. right? ugh this dilemma.
