If you're not feeling well...
It's okay to take a couple of days off from working out. An otherwise minor illness may turn into something that puts you out of the gym for weeks if you ignore your body's plea for a little rest--which ultimately destroys your gains. :(

Eat when you are hungry
Here’s another great alternative to counting calories: wait until you start feeling the sensation of hunger (i.e., when your stomach starts to grumble) before eating and then stop as soon as you feel full (or eat just a little bit more if you’re trying to get bigger).
Stop snacking on fruits
Make sure you eat them along with a protein and healthy fat source to prevent blood sugar spikes!

The perfect eating plan
…does not exist. Some people work better with a high-carb diet. Others need more protein or fat. Experiment and find out what ratio of macronutrients your body likes!
Spend less time sitting
Or just being inactive in any way. It’s bad for your health!
Are you overtrained?
Here’s a checklist:
Do you feel fatigued all the time?
Are you getting weaker instead of progressing?
Are you always getting sick?
Does it seem like you’re getting fatter?
Do you get injured a lot?
Are you losing interest in working out?
Are you losing interest in doing pretty much anything else?
If you answered “yes” to most (or all) of these questions, then you are overtrained! :(
