nothing puts a damper on your mood quite like getting fixated on a cross-over crack ship except both characters actually died tragically and have terrible home lives in their canon, so the fandoms compensate with EXTREME angst in every fic, and there’s only 60 something fics written of them so u don’t really get to be picky choosy with the mcd and bittersweet ending tags and u have to thug it out like a real man. or is that like not #relatable

If I had a nickel everytime Jack Wolfe played a son who died at a young age and consequently haunts his broken family (and the narrative) by causing them to kinda sorta just... not acknowledge said death (through a majority of the first act) and instead try to cope with it in increasingly questionable methods while he dramatically sings at them when they cant hear him in a theatre production, id have two nickels.
