When I was wrapping up Act 3 before confronting the Netherbrain, I went on a scavenger hunt for all the keys to the high security vaults in the Counting House (to serve my inner completionist), and when I realized I had missed one somewhere, I decided to save & pick the lock since Knock spells don't work on the vaults.
I laughed so hard when Glitterbeard went, (to paraphrase), "Huh? Oh, whatever..."
I emptied that place but the dwarf got his 10K gold back, so he doesn't care.

Sea of thieves...why are there so many people that are toxic, like seriously, I was travelling to sell my loot, and two guys started chasing me, hell i offered an alliance if they left me alone, and they would've gotten a cut of the profits but nope, they attack, all silent, and keep on spamming firebombs and skeletons.... just why ...I only want to become pirate legend, like I know it's a pirate game but come on....i wasn't even bothering them, hell had the glitter beard sails on.... I'm not an aggressive guy... some people are nice but not all....like the guys who sailed the Krusty Krab.... yes that was the name of someone's ship...

Reapers, Glitterbeards and Forts - More Adventures on the Stormcloud
It’s always fun being on a big ship with plenty of cannons. 4-player Galleons are big and tanky and somewhat threatening, especially to other ships. In this session though, the plan wasn’t to reap and tear. Instead, we were playing as emissaries for the Gold Hoarders, in order to help me reach level 50 and become a Pirate Legend. Luckily this wasn’t too hard to do. We ended up doing some vaults……
