God I love gingerbeef
This 30-minute ginger beef is a quick and flavorful keto-friendly dish that's perfect for a busy weeknight. The combination of ginger, garlic, and coconut aminos creates a delicious Asian-inspired flavor.
Ingredients: 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons coconut aminos. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes. 1/4 cup green onions, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Add the sliced beef, toss to coat, and let marinate for 10 minutes. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Add green onions to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
