#getting through

Watching myself as I surrendered to the darkness,

Stuck in a moment when things were so unclear,

Letting every judgment get the best of me,

My blood boiling within my veins,

Every time I tried to speak,

But no sound would escape from my lips,

Feeling the stitches coming undone,

Helplessly trying to scream,

As my heart turns cold,

Becoming so bitter from these scars,

Breaking down these walls,

I was enclosed in for such a long time,

Defeating every nauseating feeling caused by my inner demons...
