There are times when I feel as though I'm splitting at the seems to talk to you. Hours spent in turmoil and desire to reach out; touch you as I feel you've touched me. Relinquish from my soul the need to express my love. Yet I am caged in this desire, bound by social norms and the fear of losing the innocence in what we have. The beauty of loving without saying so. Love not bound by rules unspoken or words upon some line.

Sitting here thinking what I could say to engage you in conversation. Pacing the words that you'd find most irresistible. Placid in the void that is thinking of you and being held in your regard. What can I say that would be justifiable? Why must I justify my care and desire to engage with you? Is it the same reason I hold my tongue to tell you that I adore you and all you do. That with you everything is effortless and even struggling through dumb conversations is so worthwhile just because they're with you.
