The Howl-ter Banks, North Scarolina:
Catty Noir secretly loves the beach and wants to learn how to surf......except she's a cat and her parents won't let her anywhere near the water because, CAT. After spying on the wolf pack playing in the waves from the sand dunes, she is caught and confronted. While everyone else is angry at her for being a creeper, Howleen listens to her and convinces her to come out of hiding and enjoy the beach. Initially, all the wolves splash her and make fun of her because she doesn't know how to swim or have a proper swimsuit. Clawdeen and Clawd finally come around; Clawdeen agrees to design a special swimsuit for Catty with a hole for her tail and Clawd agrees to teach her how to swim and surf.
As it turns out, Catty ends up being an incredibly good surfer because her tail helps her balance on the board. She gets into a competition with some of the other wolves and actually wins so they stop making fun of her and accept her at the beach.
Of course, Toralei sees all this and heads back to Cape Catteras to tell all the vacationing cat families about Catty's new hobby and her new wolf buddies. Word gets back to Catty's family and they are not pleased...
I've actually been thinking about this for a while. Mattel? Garrett Sander? Can I please, please, please get a Catty Noir doll in a super cute neon pink/green/yellow swimsuit with a surfboard??!
