Ingredients: 4 pieces of vegan naan bread. 1 cup garlic scape chutney. 2 tbsp olive oil.
Instructions: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush one side of each naan bread with olive oil. Spread a generous amount of garlic scape chutney on the other side of each naan bread. Place the naan bread, chutney side down, onto the grill. Grill for 2-3 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the naan is heated through. Carefully flip the naan and grill for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
