Instructions: In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for 5 minutes. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and golden brown. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
