On 'Thursday, August 25, 2022' mom came over & I made 'Chicken Sscallopini' for us to eat for dinner for the first time in a very long time. ❤️❤️🍅🐈‍⬛❤️❤️ I always use a lot of 'Vegetables' & 'Herbs' when make 'This Dish'. Some of the vegetables that I used are, 'Heirloom Plum Tomatoes', 'Grape Tomatoes', 'Bell Peppers', 'Banana Peppers', 'Zucchinis', 'Onions', 'Garlic Cloves', 'Mushrooms', 'Capers', 'Green & Purple Basil', 'Parsley', 'Oregano', 'Tyme', & etc....... ❤️❤️ This time around everything but the 'Onions', 'Mushrooms', & 'Capers' were grown by me in 'My Beautiful Garden'. ❤️❤️❤️ While I was 'Concocting & Cooking' this lovely meal I was a little nervous because it's been a long time since I have made it & I couldn't find the book 'The Recipe' was in. This is also the first time I have made 'This Dish' using 'Fresh Tomatoes' from 'My Garden' instead of using 'Tomatoes' from cans. ❤️❤️ However, the outcome was glorious. I served it over 'Wide Egg Noodles'; but it can be eaten without being put over something too. Mom & I both agreed that it was the best 'Scaloppine' that we have ever had. The flavor was not only 'Spot On'; but 'To The Next Level'. It was so decadently delicious & definitely 'Scrumptiously Scrumdiddlyumptious'. ❤️❤️🥀🐈❤️❤️ I will definitely be doing this again, especially since my 'Summer Crop' is still producing like MAD. 😺❤️ One day I hope to have 'A Green House' so I can grow my own food & make 'Beautiful Meals' with what I grow 'All Year Round'. Hula Hoop, Tilly Billie Boo, & Scooby Doo helped me in 'In The Garden' today. ❤️❤️🍅🐈‍⬛❤️❤️ I have been 'Kitty Sitting' / 'Babysitting' / 'Pet Sitting' 'Scooby The Sphinx' from next door this week & he really likes to get outside everyday & play with me. 😺🧡 ❤️❤️ 'My Garden' needed a lot of 'Tending & Picking' today. We have had a lot of rain recently so 'The Garden' has been a bit neglected. Since Scooby wanted to go outside he eagerly volunteered to help Hula, Tilly, & I 'Tend To The Garden' & 'Pick All The Now Ripened Bounty Of My Summer Labors'. ❤️❤️😺🥒❤️❤️ In the end we had a GIANT hull. 'This Year's Summer Harvest' has been very good & 'Astronomically Bountiful'. I am always so proud of 'My Garden' & though I consider it 'A BONUS', I am also always so proud of each year's 'Crop' 'Every Season' of each year. I definitely understand why people call their 'Harvests' 'The Fruit Of Their Labor'. It is an extremely fitting description for it. ❤️❤️ Anyway, the Kitty-Cats & I had a wonderful day in 'The Garden' & in 'The Sunshine' today or yesterday rather. We got a lot of work done out there & it was 'A BLAST'. It really didn't seem like work at all. We were all having such a 'Kitty-tastically Fun' time that all that work just seemed like 'Fun In The Sun' surrounded by lots of 'Kitty-tastic' individuals. Sometimes the best company is 'Covered In Fur' & 'Walks On 4 Legs'. 😺🧡 (I'm pretty 'Kitty-tastical' too...... even though I have no fur & I only walk on 2 legs.
