Bicep curl Full ROM (range of motion) Personally I like to squeeze as hard as I can at the top of my curl and really stress my muscle belly. After about 1 to 1.5 seconds I let the weight down slowly to it’s full extension to maximize the ROM. I have seen substantial gains by doing this. (and well eating right of course ) try it out !!! *btw I’m not saying you cannot get gains by doing partial reps , that hasn’t been proven ..buttt there have been studies that show partial reps can be beneficial to maximize strength as well as gains .
