Sometimes working out is therapy Sometimes working out is for health Sometimes working out is to feel good Sometimes working out is to look good. Not every day is a good day, and I fight demons that people don't know, because I pretty much keep to myself now. It's easier that way. It's easier to keep to myself and put my head down and work. So I put my focus and energy into my workout for that 30-4 minutes.....some days an hour depending on the workout. If I workout before work, it's to channel my energy, get my focus ready, and prep myself for the day. If I workout after work, it's to let the day unwind, let any steam off because dealing with car drivers all day definitely is frustrating. But whatever the case may be, I let it all out into the workout and I always end up feeling so much better or ready for the day.....depending on the time of day. However you choose to workout, out your all into it. You'll feel a lot better.
