honestly. I find it hard to write shorter stories… if I write shorter fics it’s most of the time a stand alone smutty fic/part. I just love writing longer stories. I always struggle with shorter stories. I have written shorter stories but I always feel very restrictive somehow haha. (like the origami fic for 5 li). In the past I was able to but then again most of my fics were at least 7k+ words AT least. and if I genuinely want to build a story more or make the characters stand out more I just lose myself in the story and write long stories.
I am sure you’re not the only one that has been thinking about this or has been wanting to ask me the same question.
I think I might try, and write a shorter fic/drabble/one shot after “a kiss from a datura” is finished. keyword ‘try’ hehe 🥰🩷
