The Walt Disney Company Completes Acquisition Of Fubo TV As It Creates Stronger Rival In LiveTV Business Againts Youtube TV.

FuboTV Inc. and The Walt Disney Company today announced they have closed the previously announced transaction to combine Fubo’s business with Disney’s Hulu + Live TV business.

The newly combined Fubo and Hulu + Live TV business creates a truly unique virtual MVPD (vMVPD) and the sixth largest Pay TV company in the U.S with nearly 6 million subscribers in North America[1]. The combined company offers consumers a broad set of sports, including more than 55,000 live sporting events, and entertainment-focused programming offerings from Fubo and Hulu + Live TV.

Fubo and Hulu + Live TV will continue to be available to consumers as separate and distinct services, each offering consumers multiple plan options from skinny to robust at compelling price points. Hulu + Live TV will continue to be streamed in the Hulu app and offered as part of an entertainment-focused bundle with Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN Unlimited. Fubo will continue to serve viewers in the Fubo app.

The combined business expects to realize cost, revenue and operational synergies through content cost savings achieved by more flexible programming packaging, advertising optimization and sales and marketing opportunities. The combined company will have access to a $145 million term loan that Disney has committed to provide Fubo in 2026 as part of the Transaction.

Oni Press, in partnership with Nacelle and Maximum Effort, has announced a new Biker Mice From Mars comic book series. The series hails from writer Melissa Flores and artist Frances Portela. The comic will be part of the Nacelleverse, revealed in Nacelleverse #0.

In related news, Nacelle is also developing a new Biker Mice From Mars animated series. Brian Volk-Weiss will direct and serve as an executive producer. Production on the series is by Nacelle, Maximum Effort, and Fubo.

Your boyfriend (Peter), was first envisioned to be like a self-aware character that was "made to love you", but he's really unstable/obsessive/possessive towards the person behind the screen (You!)

The blog was the first time he could interact with someone at the other side, and through the asks we can see that despite everything he's a guy with his own interests and (surprisingly) his own morals

He "takes consent seriously", "is bad at lying to you", "cares about what you think of him" and "doesn't want you to be scared of him"

Buuut then Day 3 (and some parts of Day 2) of the game happened and he did the exact opposite of all of that

That disappointed a lot of people

First of all thanks for responding!, second, that makes sense i also liked the way peter was portrayed in the ask blog! It moves away from the typical yandere trope where the only thing we know about him is that he likes us! And we know his interests hobbies and it was really cool

What a shame that the game throw that away it made his character really interesting.
