Another fry-up, this time sandwiched between two crumpets. Has all the ingredients for a fry-up. Can’t make my mind up. Maybe I need to try it :-)
Thinking about making fried green tomatoes. It’s been a while since I’ve had them. These were a fried mix of red and green. Green ones are more firm and tangier, reds are sweeter and if I’m using red ones I make sure that I use them quickly when they most firm.
