San Lou Hor Fun or San Lau Hor Fun (三捞河粉) literally means tossing three ingredients together – the hor fun (flat rice noodles), bean sprouts and fish slices (toman or giant snakehead). I had savoury Salted Egg Chicken Rice (咸蛋鸡丁饭) which isn’t that bad in flavours other than the chicken being sliced into too thin pieces, so they are on the dry side.
