This Chicken Avocado Caprese Quesadilla Wrap is a delicious twist on the classic Caprese salad. It's loaded with juicy chicken, creamy avocado, sweet cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and fragrant basil, all wrapped in a warm tortilla. Drizzled with balsamic glaze, it's the perfect combination of flavors and textures in every bite.
Ingredients: 2 large flour tortillas. 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded. 1 ripe avocado, sliced. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves. 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Heat up a big pan over medium-low. In the pan, lay out one tortilla flat. The tortilla should have half of the shredded chicken, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and basil leaves on top of it. Put 1 tablespoon of the balsamic glaze on top of the food. Add pepper and salt to taste. Put the second tortilla on top and lightly press it down. Turn the tortilla over three to four times and cook until the bottom is golden brown. Slowly turn the quesadilla over and cook for three to four more minutes, until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Take it out of the pan and let it cool for one minute before cutting it into wedges. The second quesadilla needs to be made the same way. Enjoy while hot!
