(This is a fowlock crossover but you don't need to know too much about Artemis Fowl, I'll play the characters that know and Sherlock wouldn't know. If you do know the books, the events of the Artemis Fowl books happened earlier than in cannon and it ignores the Last Guardian. John is Beckett and Myles is Moriarty. The twins were kidnapped by Opal and Beckett got hurt protecting Myles, he was traumatised and Artemis created the identity of John Watson for him so that he could get away. Based during season 1, just after they've met Jim for the first time in the lab. John recognised him but he hasn't recognised John yet. Sherlock doesn't know who John really is.)
When Jim, or Myles, because John was in no doubt about the fact that the man they'd just met was his twin brother, left he let out a relieved noise, leaning against the wall and closing his eyes, his mind racing, something was wrong with his twin, something was very wrong, “Sherlock did you see anything odd about... Jim.”Â
