Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 4 large eggs. 1/3 cup melted butter or ghee. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Salt, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and almond flour should all be mixed together in a large bowl. Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and add the eggs, sour cream, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Make a dough by mixing it well. Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces, and roll each piece into a ball. Put the dough balls close together but not touching in a greased baking dish. The rolls should be golden brown and firm when you touch them after 20 to 25 minutes in the oven. Enjoy while still warm!
