Never has a song helped me with anxiety before. Its a tough thing to handle and because Im "new at this" I have no idea how to handle it. Its a journey that sadly I take alone because I allow myself to. Seeing the episode #mindfuleducation on #stevenuniverse was surprisingly helpful to me. I didn't expect that this show is what would push me along. And even to have a song help?
