There was a song in the first Frozen movie, called “Fixer Upper” and it was sung entirely by the weird rock/troll things Kristoff considered his family.
This is different. It's a handcrafted off-grid house, and it does have electricity inside. It's on 81 acres of land in Jasper, AR, built right into the rock, and has 1bd, 1ba. I would call it a fixer-upper and it needs a good cleaning. It looks to be 3 stories high.
