I'm a day behind in my workouts but I'm not out! Tonight, yes a late night workout, was all about being stronger. The pace was a little slower, which meant holding the moves just a little longer. Isn't life like that sometimes? When we're moving really fast, we may not have the chance to focus on the how. There may only be time enough for the what and getting that done. But when we slow down, even a little, we may then have the chance to think about the how, and even the why. We may find the space to steady ourselves, and get stronger. All this from doing a workout program? Maybe.
