I’ve had the same username for over two year, since I first started this blog. 

Adulting bogs are a godsend. @howtogrowthefuckup and @yournewapartment saved my life at some point, no joke.

The medical interventions I underwent were not for my health and wellness.

They were purely to ensure that my body conformed to binary sex and gender expectations. Without the hormones, for example, I would have undergone puberty. I just wouldn’t have undergone “the right kind” of puberty.

The same is true of vaginal dilation. The only reason my vaginal cavity was dilated was to ensure that I, as a child, would be “ready” to have heterosexual, penis-in-vagina sex.

This isn’t always the case.

For some intersex people, puberty isn’t possible without hormone therapy and it really is medically necessary to avoid the problems of literally, physically not be able to mature (it can cause spinal problems, joint problems, etc).

Rarely, genital surgery is necessary for infants in the event that they can’t pee, or for similar life-threatening scenarios. More commonly (still rare, mind you), genital surgery is necessary in adolescents due to complications with menstruation or erectile tissues which can cause pain, sepsis, tissue damage, etc.

Vaginal dilation is actually an incredibly common procedure that plenty of adolescents and adults choose to pursue, whether because they are intersex or because they’ve had vaginal (re)constructive surgeries. It’s rarely a medical necessity, but it’s a very important quality of life thing, if you’re someone who enjoys having penetrative sex.

But!

Just because some medical interventions are necessary for the health and safety of some intersex people does not excuse the fact that the vast majority of medical interventions that intersex people face are just complete fuckshit nonsense that are designed solely for the aesthetic sensibilities of conservatives somewhere out there in the fucking wilderness.

Triggers don’t necessarily mean flashbacks. Triggers mean you see something or experience something and it triggers a negative response in you, whether its mild panic or a full-blown breakdown. Getting really anxious is a normal response to a trigger, I get that too. Triggers aren’t what cause the worst, most intense reaction, but rather what cause a reaction with negative feelings you wouldn’t otherwise have.

However, I tend to mostly have emotional flashbacks. These are where I know I’m not in danger, but I’m emotionally reacting as if I am in danger, and I feel the same fear and other emotions I did in the initial traumatic situation. There are also visual and physical flashbacks, where you’re either rewatching the event or where you are physically reacting to the event, again as if it is happening right then and there.

Beyond that his mental state? Or his state of reality? Yeah not great either.

Maybe I just want too much to see the positive in people, it feels like he really wants to do this for the sake of good, but is too stuck up his own, compulsively lying, genuinely delusional ass to see any sense of intelligence or higher moralism in not going through with this fricken ICE raid nonsense.

Please,,, for the love of everything right in the world,,, don’t let anyone follow in his heavy, bloodied, footseps. For your own sakes, and for the sake of the many in these military camps. Only harm will be done. There’s so many flaws in every step of the way, regardless of how much he may be keeping hidden on discord, or whatever platforms he’s using.

Was going to make a post about this with all the screenshots BUT I was looking through my texts and came across this.

Now, I found out that he was in a discord server in which he doxxed someone, and spread super crappy and blatant lies about us, amongst manipulating and whatnot.

Here’s what he said:

Yellow is STOLEN FROM ME. I said that I didn’t like doing this bc it sets off my paranoia, morally it can hurt me, and that I need help to control myself bc when everyone gets a thousand things it feels like I Need to as well.

Red is a blatant lie; he got us caught that day bc of something mindnumbingly stupid, didn’t get in trouble and put everything back, of course. We didn’t make him steal money. If he chose to he did, I took picket change.

Blue is for a reason; he’d be blamed BECAUSE IT WAS HIS FAULT

Green is not how that happened; he wanted us to steal, and Allan kinda got he roped into it a couple times. Allan wanted him to steal alcohol, and moreso than Tobias would have wanted to.
