And Genos, our beloved housewife roommate, the first boyfriend, is the owner of the HA building and somehow gets Saitama's interest to make a long-term home renovation project with it, entertaining his partner with the novelties of home interior decoration

It’s okay! I personally don’t hate Fak that much, I think the problem is that 1) he’s given way too much screen time when that time could be used for other characters like Manny and Angel. It feels like he gets that because Matty Matheson, the guy who plays him, is a producer and can therefore give himself all the screen time he wants. And 2) he gave Claire Carmy’s phone number which wasn’t his to give and he went to Claire and begged her to get back with Carmy which no one wants. This is an anti Claire space so anyone who sucks her off is on the shit list lol. 3) I think people are understandably tired of the Faks. It feels like there’s too many of them and they’re not funny anymore because they’ve been completely overused. What made Fak funny was that he was momentary comic relief not incessant.
