I decided to go on my first ranked match with my girlfriend. It was devastating. I got paired with mid to high Gold players. They couldn't understand that it was my first ranked game ever (even though I said so). I was shaking because of the stress. I wasn't able to do anything and they all kept flaming me, so at the end I literally cried. My girlfriend cheered me up, even though we lost the next two matches. I wasn't as nervous as before because I knew she'd be there to comfort me. We'll win tomorrow, I'm sure!┬а

So, I was talking with a couple of friends on skype the other day, one had been absent for some time. We started to speak about League of Legends and he asked me:
"Hey, have you ever tried Ranked? You are lvl 30 since ages ago and you're pretty good, you would do fine."
"Nope, haven't tried. I don't think I would do good. Also I know many people take it too srsly and other people know it and go into rankeds for trolling, so I think I will pass."
"Ohhh so you don't have ovaries to enter ranked huh?"
"Wait. What?"
So I inmediately entered solo queue and got a matchup. I was third pick, and I started to discuss positions with my team. Suprisingly, there were three people who wanted to go top. Finally They decided one would go top, other jungle and other mid, so I took adc. Almost at the end, the mid told me to change positions and gave me mid (I main mid and people always want mid so I didn't say "no" to this chance). I was going to take Lux, who is one of my main mids, but the other team took her before I could.
"Ummm so I go against Lux...Should I take Ziggs or Diana?" <--- This was very critical point, because ziggs is my fav champ to use (I've won the last 8 games I played him) and lately I was struggling with Diana, experimenting a lot with builds and gameplays because I still don't feel completely comfortable with her. Finally I decided Diana was better due her better movility and tankiness. So I locked Diana and next moment I wanted to jump throught the window: The other team picked Syndra. Lux was the support, not the mid. FACEPALM. Well, after the picks our teams were something like this:

Taking a look, we had a better late game team, so if we didn't fuck up the lane phase everythign should be okay.
Sooo I started the game. Helped blue pull, and went to my nightmare. Syndra was simply annoying. every time I tried to farm she would use her combo on me, I could avoid many of the attacks but my cs was laughable, and she pushed me into turret very soon. There I could farm a bit more until lvl 7, when she went all in on me, ulted, ignited me but didn't kill me, but she did kick me out of lane. After that, seeing she couldn't kill me, she did THE FAIL. She started roaming. She went top first, but voli had just recalled so there was nobody to gank there. when she returned, I was already on her turret, had a lot of free farm, and half of her mid turret down. She pushed me under my turret again (she had still advantage over me so I decided to still play passive) and then went to gank bot. Again, I had free farm, and while there was a 3 vs 4 in bot (and they couldn't take our turret nor kill anybody), I did destroy their midlane turret. Then I backed base, bought stuff and decided it was time to go aggressive. So I started roaming, too. And went bot. And got a double kill. And then the nightmares started for them. I won't tell you everything that happened, because the game was freaking long and hard (+50 minutes) but I pwned hard. Aatrox and I just destroyed them into pieces.┬а
This have been my best game ever with Diana. I did so good, the enemy trundle congratulated me, and all my team honored me. I'm not happy for winning my first ranked, but because the game itself. I started struggling a lot in the lane phase then I stomped. This makes me want to continue playing Diana to master her =D.
Idk if I will do more rankeds in the future...Not very interested. This game was great, but still I know the fact many people troll so I guess I will go with normals.
