Pokemon Crossbreeds: Oracle

Oracle is the name for members of the Delphox line who's father is a member of the Meowstic line. The breed gets it's name from both Meowstic and Delphox often being used as oracles. This breed was feared in old Kalos due to their ties to witches but they have become more popular for psychics since then.

Fennekin

Oracle fennekin gain the traits of Espurr - becoming fluffier and gaining the floppy ears. As they don't contain any psychic abilities (yet), this is just a leftover trait but, they are still more inept at picking up psychic traces than their purebred counterparts. There are many folktales saying that, if an Oracle fennekin looks at you with it's blank stare, bad luck will come your way.

Oracle Braixen gain the traits of Meowstic. Males of this breed are known for being more defensive while the females are more aggressive. Old folktales state the females as being more psychically powerful than the males, though this isn't true, and most likely just stems from the human belief that women have more psychic powers. It also possibly comes from their heightened agression.

This breed of delphox has more powerful psychic abilities than their purebred counterparts. These psychic abilities can sometimes become too much for them which can result in blasts of fiery psychic power. They have to remain very focused to keep this from happening.

Safe to breed? Meowstic + Braixen is the safest because of their heights. Espurr don't breed.
