Thank goodness for therapy...Iโm feeling better but not completely โcuredโ however I feel balanced somewhat. I have a lot of work to do this week. I need to:
1. Figure out workouts for the week. ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ
2. Meal prep/plan for the week. ๐ฅ๐ฅฌ
3. Remember to switch from soda to water ๐ฆ ๐ฅค
4. Most important, factor in some personal time. Away from the kids. And just focus on myself.
5. Get back on YouTube to help creatively stay on track.
Even though today is gloomy Iโm going to take the day by storm ๐ช๐ผ I can do it!!! Now to go visit the scale in the bathroom...we have some things to talk about ๐๐ป
