Fer, you are THE goat
FEEERRRRR!!!!! That really is his other little bro 😭
Recently rewatched one of my first gay storylines i watched and as latino was heavily invested. Such an impact this two had. But on rewatch the is one storyline that will always bother me the most.
Fer trying to force David to come out to his parents. David was introduced in season 3 as romantic interest for Fer and by the end of the seasn David comes out publicly at school to win Fer back. But then at the start of season 4 Fer is tired from hiding from David parents. So he tries to force David to come out to them even tho he doesnt want to. David knew his parents were homophobic and religious and yet Fer kept insisting even telling him he would break up with him so he does tell his parents and all his fears were confirmed.
David was out for the most part just not his parents and i dont understand why Fer did all that drama for it.
Still sad that Fer died at the end and i wish we got more time with David and Fer together that last season instead of the unnecessary separation and drama between them before they got back together.
loved the reunion of how much Fer death affected David and how he was able to finaly progress his grief and move on.
¡^^!

What is an FER in Indian Patent Law? Why You Should NOT Use ChatGPT Alone for FER Replies
Many inventors and startup founders panic when they receive a First Examination Report (FER) from the Indian Patent Office.
But here’s the reality:
An FER is NOT a Patent Rejection
An FER simply means that the Patent Office has started a detailed examination of your patent application.
In fact, receiving an FER is a normal and important stage in the patent filing process in India.
What is a First Examination Report (FER)?
A First Examination Report (FER) is an official examination report issued by the Indian Patent Office after reviewing your patent application.
The examiner checks whether your invention satisfies the legal requirements under the Indian Patents Act.
The FER may contain objections related to:
Novelty
Inventive Step
Patentability under Section 3
Clarity of claims
Scope of protection
Insufficient disclosure
This does NOT mean your invention has failed.
It means the Patent Office expects a proper legal and technical response.
Common Patent Objections in an FER
1. Novelty Objection
The examiner may claim that your invention already exists in prior patents or publications.
2. Inventive Step Objection
The Patent Office may argue that your invention is obvious to a skilled person in the field.
3. Section 3 Objections
Certain inventions are excluded from patentability under Indian law.
4. Clarity and Scope Issues
Claims must be precise, clear, and legally supported.
5. Insufficient Disclosure
Your specification must fully explain how the invention works.
Why You Should NOT Use ChatGPT Alone for FER Replies
Many people are now trying to generate FER responses using AI tools.
This can be extremely risky.
Patent law is highly technical and strategic. A weak FER response can permanently damage your patent rights.
AI may:
Misinterpret legal objections
Draft weak claim amendments
Ignore Indian Patent Office practice
Create admissions harmful to your application
Fail to understand prosecution strategy
ChatGPT can assist in understanding concepts, but FER replies should always be reviewed and prepared by a qualified patent professional.
Why Patent Experts Matter
A patent expert understands:
Indian Patent Law
Patent drafting strategy
Claim interpretation
Prior art analysis
Examination practice
Hearing strategy
A strong FER response can significantly improve your chances of patent grant.

If you are a startup founder, researcher, innovator, or patent applicant in India, this video will help you understand how patent examination actually works.
What is FER in Patent? Why You Should NOT Use ChatGPT for FER Reply
Many startup founders, innovators, and researchers panic when they receive an FER (First Examination Report) from the Indian Patent Office. But the truth is — FER is NOT a rejection.
An FER simply means that your patent application has been examined by the Patent Office, and the examiner has raised certain observations or objections that need clarification before your patent can move forward.
This is one of the most critical stages in the patent process.
Most FERs contain objections related to: ✔ Novelty of the invention ✔ Inventive step ✔ Section 3 objections under Indian Patent Law ✔ Clarity and scope of claims ✔ Insufficient technical disclosure
Now here’s the important part 👇
Many people think they can simply use ChatGPT or AI-generated replies to answer FER objections. That can become a serious mistake.
Patent law is highly technical and strategic. A wrong FER response can: ❌ Narrow your patent protection ❌ Create legal weaknesses ❌ Lead to rejection of the application ❌ Affect future business valuation or investor confidence
AI tools can assist in understanding concepts, but they cannot replace a qualified Patent Professional who understands: • Indian Patent Act • Claim drafting strategy • Examiner interpretation • Technical and legal positioning
Especially today, with Expedited Examination becoming more common in India, startups and innovators must take FER responses seriously.
A properly drafted FER reply can significantly improve your chances of patent grant.
