The data you enter can be tracked back to you, it can tell how often you're having unprotected sex if that's something you list, and depending on whose hands your data falls in, could affect how much you pay for life insurance policies, insurance, etc. Not to be paranoid on main, but entering instances of unprotected sex or missed periods in tracker apps could be correctly or incorrectly linked to pregnancy and abortion.
