Feeling guilty sucks. We set all these expectations for ourselves but sometimes you need a break Then you beat yourself up for “wasting that time”. STOP IT! You don’t have to #feelguilty because the house was empty and you watched tv instead of cleaning. You decided to read instead of working on your business.
