Federal ammos

from /r/vexillology Top comment: I first posted my design for this a [few months ago](https://www.reddit.com/r/vexillology/comments/84k6h9/flag_for_all_federally_recognized_native_american/), but I hag miscounted on the pentagons. I have now corrected it in a way I'm satisfied with. ​ There are 573 native american tribes in the lower 48 that are recognized by the Bureau of Indian Affairs. I included 1 pentagon for each tribe. I took the flag of the USA and used it as the basis of the flag as it is representing American citizens. The blue has been changed to black to represent the tribes that haven't been recognized by the BIA and the tribes that have ceased to exist. I used pentagons rather than stars because if you take the arms away from a star you are left with a pentagon - this symbolizes what European settlers & the US government did to the native people of the americas. ​ Edit: I originally said there are 567 tribes, but I got that wrong, there are now 573 and oddly I got it right in my design but not in the description.
