requested my transcript from my university and that was the smoothest experience I have ever had trying to get something done with them
the highlight this time is that I don't have an address on file (I was homeless when I graduated) and an essential step of verifying your account is also verifying your address
but it doesn't just ask for your address. it asks for you to pick an address from a list. normally, your address would be in there amongst a bunch of "wrong" addresses. but I had no address. so all of the addresses were wrong.
