I think the bravest thing we can do is to try and see, without overstress beforehand on all the whatifs/possible (negative) scenarios. Break those chains that hinder us and free ourselves from doubts and fears (which doesn't mean deleting them, but not letting them control us and block us). Free ourselves from all the expectations too, especially the ones about ourselves and who we should be or not.
