Bummed that @teamniklasedin ‘s run at the #MeridianCanadianOpen #GSOC came to an end last night. goatniklasedin has one horse less in the #fantasycurling race & my chances of finishing in the top 50 after a strong start are looking slimmer & slimmer unlike my waist. Everything #Curling posted all the team photos from #WWCC2019 on Facebook earlier. It’s no surprise that I’m rooting for @teamhasselborg to win it all. This lineup proved golden at the 2018 Europeans so I’m hoping they’ll be victorious again in #Silkeborg #Denmark It would be ideal for this fangirl if @svenskcurling could sweep all the golds at worlds - women’s, men’s, and mixed doubles 😉 Do it! I believe in you all! Speaking of Everything Curling, I’m putting all my eggs in the @annahassel basket for 4th in the #fantasycurling game. I’m still in the top 5, and there’s no way to catch the person ranked 1st, but I’m hoping I can move up from 4th. I think I’m hoping for a European Championships repeat so I picked Silvana Tirinzoni for my 3rd. I hope the #2019WWCC doesn’t disappoint... I’ll have to re-evaluate my strategy of picking who I want to win next season. I always pick @NiklasEdin as my men’s 4th and Anna Hasselborg as my women’s 4th, which has yielded mixed results this season given @teamniklasedin ‘s inability to win finals. It’s been frustrating as a hardcore fan to watch, knowing how good they are, I can only imagine how the players themselves must feel. My Scotties picks did not serve me well either, but thank heavens Kevin Koe went undefeated at the Brier lol.
