fanon problems: being from an academically studied piece of media is all fun and games until people start wrtiting legit academic papers with Sources from Actual Colleges about how you're either A) straight as a line and thinking you're gay is just woke folly OR B) horribly romantically down bad for your best friend when you were aromantically in love with his cousin.

FOR CANON DISABILITIES, I HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH MY HANDS. THEY WERE USUALLY PRETTY PAINFUL. MY PHALANGES ALSO DID NOT REALLY LIKE MOVING PROPERLY EITHER. IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN THINGS BECAUSE IT HURT A LOT. IT WAS WHY I ALWAYS WORE GLOVES. IT WAS KIND OF LIKE A BARRIER (HA) BETWEEN MY HANDS AND WHATEVER I WAS DOING. I THINK THAT WAS PART OF THE REASON I WAS SUCH A BAD COOK. - PAPYRUS

fanon problems: people try to sand down my edges from canon by dehumanizing me into an animalistic thing, and while i get that that's easier to grapple with than acknowledging i did all that and still have complex thought, it annoys me. not defending any of the shit i did, i was a fucking terror, but on the same token, if you're not willing to acknowledge that awful people and people with dulled emotions still have interiority and thought, i don't think you people are as anti-ableism as you think. i was a person. there was nothing separating me from other people as ontologically evil, i made my choices and i live with them, just like the rest of the people in the series. give me the dignity of being wrong and knowing better.
