3 Michelin Star Tater Tots: Pomme Dauphines | Fallow London
@unrulycrow6299 20250929: French here, pommes dauphines are an excellent side dish, and very much loved when served in school cafeterias. I have yet to meet someone who dislikes them, they're that delicious.
[10:16] LOL it is a famous thing ppl say.. sorry Will, even Gordon Ramsay has indicated this I'm pretty sure of it—he's been around longer than you, so he remembers when British food was stodgy.. I think it was on the F-word. You should have Rachel on more, she's so cute & fun. I love your reaction <gasp>, LOL hahahaha it's so funny
World-famous chef Gordon Ramsay may be known for uttering an obscenity or two during meal preparation, but that's not what this reality series is about. Celebrities, restaurateurs and families are invited to prepare dishes in his F Word establishment for 50 customers. The recipes are designed so that anyone at home could prepare them, and once the food has been served, it's up to the diners to decide whether the meal meets their expectations. The program also features segments about food and its origins.

Week 7: Fried Soft-Shell Crab Sandwich, Winson Chocolate Chip Cookies, Fried Milk Dough Sundaes with Peanuts and Cilantro-Mint Sauce
Fried Soft-Shell Crab Sandwich “There’s no better season than soft-shell crab season. They’re the best fried and there’s no real two ways about it… The mayo in this version is studded with our fermented Chinese broccoli, for a chunky sort of rémoulade, and the sandwich is showered with fresh, whole thai basil leaves for a fragrant finish.”
Winson Chocolate Chip Cookies “One time, Josh’s girlfriend, Emily, brought chocolate chip cookies to a party and we crushed them. They had a coffee flavor, so he added some finely ground espresso and brown butter to our recipe. We also feel that the cookie dough benefits from rest, so let it chill at least 24 hours in advance of baking it. Plan ahead to bake it on the day after you mix the dough. It’s pretty simple, not that difficult, but a perfect cookie— and comfort-to us.” *I had some issues when making this recipe. The amount of ingredients called for in the recipe shouldn’t yield the amount of cookies the recipe says it creates? I could be wrong though! I did some adjustments and the cookies came our perfectly crisp and chewy.
