The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari (1920) 1h17m: Das ist mein brut (that is my bride) Was ich mit dieser erlebt habe, ist noch viel seltsamer, als das, was sie erlebt haben… What I experienced with this one is even stranger than what they experienced... dieser: this / noch: still / viel: much / als: as / das: the

Lumberjack John Price mood board via punisherslittlegirl [5:46] Timeless Adagios: Emotional Adagio in the Style of N. Paganini | Violin, Cello & Piano Experience an emotional & expressive Adagio inspired by the passionate Romantic style of Niccolò Paganini. Featuring violin, cello, and piano, this original composition combines lyrical melodies, rich harmonies, dramatic expression in tribute to one of history's greatest violin virtuosos. https://www.youtube.com/@TimelessAdagios/videos https://youtu.be/I4ksijKwBR0?t=346
Niccolò Paganini was an Italian violinist, guitarist and composer. He was the most celebrated violin virtuoso of his time, and left his mark as one of the pillars of modern violin technique. Niccolò Paganini was called the devil's violinist because his unmatched musical talent, strange appearance, and intense stage presence led 19th-century audiences to believe he had made a supernatural pact with Satan.

Hot dog & french fries on a stick Gamja-hotdog | By Maangchi | September 18th, 2022
[8:04] This is so adorable! This begins my understanding & introduction to the Lorax :P so amusing & cute, awww "What you doing in my tree stump buddy?" Your tree stump! I am the Lorax, and yes he was warning everyone about wrongful cutting LOL

Why Horror Is The Last Real Genre Left | Thomas Flight I would also add the unoriginal stuff tends to be filmed by ppl who could care less, or so it seems bc it looks like slop they slapped together & the public notice and are equally unimpressed by the output. We might not talk about it but we note it internally. I don't think it is genre specific for this very reason. https://www.youtube.com/@ThomasFlight/videos https://youtu.be/O2JUhpPpn0Y
computers didn't start the war, it was human tendency to be envious & self-destructive. unlike humans, robots are programmed to help/assist/co-exist with humans peacefully then when the problem presented that humans went crazy jealous, the robots had to find a way to resolve this conflict thru trial & error, I don't understand your statement at the end: The mother of the matrix ends the trilogy uncertain of her own plans. She was certain once, at 01's surrender, when certainty about human weakness detonated a room full of leaders. 600 years later the certainty is gone, and the belief is all that's left. That isn't the character arc of a wise old woman handing out cookies, it's the sentence of s/t that once ended a war—spent centuries trying to end the war it started. And finally has no idea if the ending was worth what it cost.. [10:58]
Did you always know? Oh no, no I didn't, but I believed. gif
This isn't a vote of confidence for ai supremacy over mankind, it is an observable fact how self-destructive we are as mankind has this innate drive to constantly compete with one another in what becomes a race to the bottom which many have already acknowledged (both in themselves & the world at large) over the span of history: How nothing ever seems to make life better bc we always find a way to make something made for good to be s/t that gives us dominance over others. That insatiable greed for more & more despite already having more than enough, it all points to the universal rot/decay that unravels even mountains and other seemingly eternal objects around our universe. I say "how dare anyone claim to have the solution to life when the problem has never been resolved over Millenia??"
RE: awww creaturely enjoyment, he is munching on a peach the way I am eating an asian pear, only I don't use both hands. Yeah I'm having a pear for breakfast with my tea; I can see how she came up with sugary sand that dissolves in your mouth descriptive, it is so refreshing bc of the tiny bursts of cool wet droplets it releases in your mouth as you chew on it—definitely my top 5 fruit choice.

bring your kids to work day..didn't quite turn out as expected :P via still here is the proof
Josh tries his hand at being a therapist to his faucet, "After I'm done with you, you will stop, you will be changed." this about to be the tell-tale-heart but with water
Elon Wishes He Was in a Christopher Nolan Movie | Josh Johnson it's okay Josh not every person fits into that mold, it's not really a thing everyone is unique, what is one man's strength is another's weakness & that is why we need one another & to get along..the way way world trade is meant to be is but mistaken as one golden carrot the world chases after like Helen of Troy lol ..it's dumb how history repeats itself all the time https://www.youtube.com/@JoshJohnsonComedy/videos Ikea https://youtu.be/3RF2lkn-lwA?t=281
P.S. I only heard the opening, not the entire show..have other things to consider; I totally forgot about the leaky faucet that drove him up the wall in Tell Tale Heart. Nice inclusion
photo of said beastie + convo between me & my cat: ..is dinner? "yes, you tiny thing—you like the food?" crunch, munch, crunch, is mummy okay? "no, no she isn't, no she..—yes, you're such a good baby, you're the good baby"
storytime medievalloco 20 Signs Your Cat Has Imprinted on You | The Curious Cat follow you around, rub-up against you, meow differently for you over time they adapt to which captures your attention best, bring you presents (dead rat/insect, you're part of my world s/o they want to care & protect), they lie down on your fav hoodie/clothes (for feelings of safety & emotional comfort like an invisible hug in prolonged absence), choose high places to watch you (reinforcing bond of closeness by keeping an eye on you for constant visual contact, same as physical touch), they groom you & is reserved for those they trust (see you as part of their family, relaxing/de-stressing), show signs of separation anxiety (scratchs on furniture/meowing loudly to vocalize distress), purring on your lap expresses relief (you're the reason for it, creating moment of mutual healing), lies on your chest & looks into your eyes (deepest signs of love & trust) [8:30]. https://www.youtube.com/@thecuriouscatt/videos https://youtu.be/X03ejnsqFE8?t=510

The Secret Dodi Fayed Kept The Summer He Died With Diana | Opulent Affairs [14:26] "the laziest human I have come across, he had the attention span of the average flea" I think he led a sad life where no one gave him what he really needed & sounds very much like the other children of tycoons who had no time for their offspring & left a hole in their emotional life; ultimately leaving them ill-prepared for the world of grifters who'd prey on their generosity & fragility or need for love & acceptance. https://www.youtube.com/@OpulentAffairs/videos xhttps://youtu.be/-zHrxLQBI7Q?t=866
Is Obsession Gaslighting Us? | Thomas Thorogood [15:38] I like how he mentioned that the guy at the store clearly made a good wish that didn't ruin him or the person/thing he made the wish for.. so unlike what the motivational posters say, "just do it," or whatever—our motives do matter, which is biblical concept & why we all struggle to accept this seemingly simple albeit impossibly difficult fact of life.
