I made the party hat from Fallout 3!
It was super easy to do. I found the party hats in a multicolored pack at Walmart. The blue thing on top came from a "balloon weight" in the Dollar General party isle. Then I just stamped on some circles in yellow acrylic paint!

Google searches being like "Fallout fan group in my state/towns near me" 7 different times with no actual good results including FACEBOOK is SO embarrassing to see. Like, yeah. Im in the real wasteland here (the south). Nobody has fun EVER. I guess I will have to attend STEM classes to find my people.
