I used to kind of watch tumblr blogs that pinged my ‘fake’ alarm to see if they would deactivate or admit their fakeness (a la rabid-loving, one of the most obvious fakes ever that fooled a lot of kids and apparently felt no shame whatsoever in doing so), but sometimes they are just too exhausting, you know?
Edited to add: I don’t mean bots or similar, it’s those people who think they are making a hilarious parody of social justice blogs (like thisiscleanprivilege back in the day) or people trying to turn ire on marginilised groups by claiming to be from that group and then being as ridiculous and offensive as possible. Finally there’s people who apparently think they are making groundbreaking original fiction, like rabid-loving, or people who are trying to annoy people with their cringe, like queerfandmomshipper3456.
