🚨 BUYERS BEWARE! In the good old days, Japan was the safest place to buy a used Rolex. As no self-respecting Japanese watch dealers would pull dirty tricks like these: 1. In the case of 1990s Daytona 16520s with service dials, they were asking ¥800k (if I find some old pics in Ginza, I will post them) while proper ones (T SWISS MADE T) were ¥2.5mil back in 2019. Obviously, only mugs would buy the service dial ones even at those prices… (Because they are the opposite of a collectible/investment grade Rolex!) 2. “Original papers”? One thing for sure: no dealers in Japan can plead ignorance.
