Kinda wish Jeremy would find out (maybe through William) that his grandmother, canonically famous actress Angelica Laslo, left him a shitload of money and a letter because she's always felt a special connection with him among all her grandchildren, and she could sense his family would not treat his sensitive soul right, and she wanted to ensure he'd have the means to follow his heart and not let anyone cage him
The Wilshires are keeping the fortune from him, and Jeremy threatens to sue and expose them if they don't give him everything he's owed and let him go (with big scary dog Jean Moreau behind him glaring daggers at them all)
(it would make one of my biggest fears - Jeremy Laslo - more likely to happen, but I'll take it if it means having a Jeremy with the actual financial means to escape and fight the Wilshires in court if it comes to it lol)
Shakespeare Live!:
The Benediction from A Midsummer Night's Dream
As we celebrate the midsummer this weekend in the Nordics, here is a little treat of David as the Puck.
From the 400th anniversary event of the playwright's death, 2016, Stratford-Upon-Avon, RSC, hosted by David Tennant and Catherine Tate.
A celebration of the life of William Shakespeare on the 400th anniversary of his death.
(I'd really love to see him as Puck one day in full production.)
I think I’m in withdrawal from Twelfth Night. I went to see it, in the end, 4 times in London (and once in Stratford the year before). It was amazing every time. The best Shakespeare production I have seen to date (and I’ve seen some brilliant ones).
Also, for a man who claimed to be very self-conscious of his legs, Sam absolutely owned this outfit and the role in general. He broke my heart every night with his final scene. Amidst a truly truly wonderful cast, he still amazed me with his performance each night.
