At first Yume is someone that Lobco would definitely be intimidated by given how self-assured and mysterious she would appear to the lobster. Depending on how much sheâd know of her, and when she found out such things her feelings for her could be very different.
She would have a lot of respect towards her for being a healer, and for not letting her condition get to her, prevent her from living life as fully as she can, nor giving up hope. That she keeps on researching and working hard towards a cure is something sheâd deeply admire, especially if she was still willing to give it to the family that scorned her.
I feel sheâd very much want to help Yume, and learn from her, so I could maybe see a sort of apprenticeship working between them, if thatâs something Yume would be interested in? Granted she couldnât learn everything since if Iâm understanding it right (Iâm not all that knowledgeable with Naruto) a lot of Yumeâs abilities stem from an inherited ability, but she would like to learn how to tend to someone with  nonmagical means.
The experimentations would definitely disturb her though, and if she found out about that before getting to know her, sheâd be too afraid to.
