❝ agent prentiss, a word. ❞ she’s standing outside of her office, gaze fixed on emily. the team was on their way out of the office, presumably to head home after their case was over. however erin had some questions that only emily could answer. she knows already how this will go, that she will be met with defiance and attitude. it’s something she has grown accustomed to over the years, being section chief. they don’t like her because of what she represents, and the conversations she’s forced to have with the team on many occasions. what they don’t seem to grasp is that she’s not the enemy here, she is simply doing her job as instructed by her own bosses. ❝ please, have a seat. ❞
