Found the full version of my favourite aircraft photograph which is of the First F-14A-GR built for Iran (ID 3-863, would enter service as 3-6001 in early 1976) on its first flight on the 5th December 1975. Such a fantastic picture as it shows off the wonderful shape of the Tomcat and the colors of the 3-tone βAsia Minorβ desert camouflage pattern to full effect, hence why itβs my header picture for this blog!
